Tiera Williams

Tiera E. Williams proudly represents Washington, D.C. as United States of America’s Miss District of Columbia. A graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, her academic excellence has been recognized with numerous honors, including graduating Magna Cum Laude, earning a spot on the School of Business Dean’s List, receiving an Official Proclamation from the City of Jersey City, NJ, and accolades as a Google BOLD Immersion Program Recipient, and an INROADS & SEO-U Scholar. Having professional experience in both private industry and public service, she’s currently an Associate Director at the Executive Office of the DC Mayor’s Office, where she spearheads recruitment and manages a diverse portfolio of boards, commissions, and government agencies. Her passion for empowering others through education led her to establish her business platform, 
T Williams LLC, which provides financial literacy programs to schools and businesses.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tiera is deeply committed to community service. In her capacity as the reigning USOA Miss District of Columbia, she has dedicated over 300 volunteer hours, reaching more than 3,000 individuals through her financial literacy platform. She is also an active member in The Urban League of Young Professionals, where she received the 2023 President’s Distinguished Award, and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority Inc.

In her spare time, she’s an avid traveler having already visited 15 countries, enjoys powerlifting, biking, running half marathons and modeling. She strives to be the epitome of excellence in all that she sets out to do and is extremely passionate about making positive contributions to her community through volunteerism and advocacy.
